Estoublon x Carla Bruni unveil L’Excessive, an 0.0% alcohol sparkling that combines the pleasure of fine bubbles with a new vision of conviviality: celebrating without limits.
On the nose, intense aromas of forest fruits create beautiful aromatic complexity. On the palate, notes of morello cherry harmonise delicately with floral nuances that evoke cherry blossom and hibiscus. A subtle partnership of fresh and delectable flavours.
After a 5-hour skin maceration in the press, the grapes are gently pressed and settled at a low temperature. It is then carefully stored in a cold environment to prevent alcoholic fermentation and preserve the clarity of the aromas.
