Hypnotik olive oil. The “Red Moon,” or blood moon, appears after Easter. Hypnotic with its coppery hue, it is also feared by farmers because of the spring frosts it can herald. From our high-altitude plot, this moon reveals itself in all its splendor, and it is in its honor that we have dedicated this cuvée with its intense and assertive character.
