Pruning, maintaining the olive trees, choosing the harvest date, processing... It is our daily presence in the orchards that allows us to make the best decisions at the right time. This direct link with the land allows us to reveal the character of our terroir and offer oils that are both authentic and unique.

A cuvée with character, it enhances beef or fish carpaccios, roasted root vegetables, or a simple mashed potato dish. Also try it with raw tuna tartare for an explosion of sea and vegetable flavors on the palate.
