A former mountaineer, hyperactive, truculent and funny, always positive, Pepe Jijón built his dream by producing haute couture coffees with his family at the top of a mountain, of course! His life is punctuated by harvesting, fermenting and, whenever possible, traveling to meet the large community of coffee enthusiasts. Inspired by Panama, his coffees are at the cutting edge of Ecuadorian production, full of purity and finesse. Pepe was voted Most Outstanding Producer 2024 by trade magazine SPRUDGE.

Third generation coffee roaster, Christophe Servell has been travelling around producing countries for years in search of the best coffees in the world. By offering a “French-style” interpretation of what coffee should be, built on the overarching principles of gastronomy, richness and knowledge of the regions, respect for the product, expert know-how, freshness and flavour of the raw materials, since its creation Terres de Café has thus contributed to the emergence of a new coffee sector; one that demonstrates respect for the producers, for nature and for the consumers.
