Amazonia Hot Sauce by Sauce Martin. The Trinidad Scorpion Moruga pepper is one of the most famous in the world. It has long been ranked among the hottest peppers on the planet. Its name comes from its small curved tip, shaped like a scorpion's sting, symbolizing its formidable heat. But behind its reputation for extreme heat, the Scorpion hides a deep, fruity aroma with slightly floral notes. Grown in Ecuador, it develops a controlled intensity that warms without ever overpowering other flavors.
Anna, Jean-Baptiste and Benjamin, 3 cousins, fond of French terroir and gastronomy founded Maison Martin, manufacture of artisanal hot sauces. They partner with farmers from the South West of France. Their selection of raw Ingredients is very strict as they work solely with ripe fruits which ferment in barrels for few months prior to be transformed. The collection is made of “pure cru” sauces as well as blend of chilli peppers. A diverse and flavorful range of aromas and spiciness.
