These Traditional Calissons by Arnaud Soubeyran are a true delicacy made in France. Each box contains 12 units of the famous sweet treat. The dough is made from a blend of candied fruits and almonds, and is expertly glazed and cooked in copper cauldrons for the perfect texture. In 1837, Mr Arnaud and Miss Soubeyran got married and decided to manufacture the famous Provençal treats: Nougats. The constant seek of high standard raw materials will soon increase the fame of the confectioner Arnaud Soubeyran. Three generations of hard-workers and of an artisanal know-how helped the brand to be standing where they are at today.
