Inspired by Tuscan olive oils, the Rosetta cuvée is a blend of three iconic Italian varieties. The balance between red clay and Urgonian limestone, combined with the quality of the varieties, gives rise to an elegant, complex, and harmonious oil. A blend designed like a wine, where each variety finds its place to offer a balanced and structured fruitiness with a generous mouthfeel.
