The “Red Moon,” or blood moon, appears after Easter. Hypnotic with its coppery hue, it is also feared by farmers because of the spring frosts it can herald. From our high-altitude plot, this moon reveals itself in all its splendor, and it is in its honor that we have dedicated this cuvée with its intense and assertive character.

Pruning, maintaining the olive trees, choosing the harvest date, processing... It is our daily presence in the orchards that allows us to make the best decisions at the right time. SUGGESTIONS
Ideal drizzled over grilled or poached fish, but also over steamed vegetables, or to enhance a purée of split peas or broad beans. A racy oil with a Mediterranean profile, best enjoyed raw to reveal its full power.
