This Fleur de Sel from Sicily by Les Terres Blanches is harvested in the WWF reserve of salt marshes in Trapani, North of Sicily, in a preserved environment, this Fleur de Sel is exceptionally pure; with very fine and shiny crystals. To be savored with raw fish, meat tartare and desserts. Fantastic to sublimate all Mediterranean dishes.

Sonia Fanger, fine cuisine enthusiast, created Les Terres Blanches with the idea of selecting the best Fleurs de Sel (the ultimate flavor enhancer) from France and around the world.
