A Delightful World of Artisanal Chocolate and Caramel Spreads
We are pleased to introduce a must-taste delight maker from France simply named LAFRENCHI !

Julie graduated from the prestigious culinary school Ferrandi. She worked as pastry chef in few palaces in Paris. She developed in her own time a range of chocolate and caramels spreads. First made for and savored by her relatives, her recipes were so approved that demand has kept increasing since then!
2018 is the official launch of LAFRENCHI. Her mission is to make caramel and chocolate spreads with clean and refined composition: scrumptious recipes with an emphasis on flavors and high quality ingredients.
The chocolate spreads are made of hazelnuts from France, real pastry chocolate (not a cocoa powder) and NO oil.
The caramel spreads are made of tasty butter PDO Charentes-Poitou and French cream.
Small-Batch production
The whole range is hand-made in France and fully artisanal where an optimal quality is offered for all steps of the process being controlled.

LAFRENCHI proudly purchases from French farmers and vendors, the main ingredient being hazelnuts from France!

Nuts, nuts and more nuts…38 to 45% in each composition
The main ingredients are nuts.
The main ingredient in our spreads is nuts. This means that NO oil is added. All chocolate spreads are made from an old-fashioned praline with a variety of nuts, such as hazelnut, peanut or pecan.
Caramel spreads, meanwhile, are made from butter, whole cream and French sugar.
