Wild garlic apple cider vinegar by Le Paulmier. The wild garlic grows spontaneously in the alder groves of Normandy. Picked by hand in April, then macerated in casks with acidulated cider, it gives rise to this astonishing wild acidulée. Maison Le Paulmier pays homage to this pretty spring plant with its delicate flavors.

Le Paulmier is an artisanal vinegar maker nestled between the Camembert and Livarot valleys, in the heart of Normandy. A flavors artisan and a defender of the natural resources of the Pays d'Auge in Normandy, Benoît creates vinegars and condiments from his heart, passionately served by a fragile and exceptionally diverse terroir. He makes the most of the natural resources of the Pays d'Auge: apple ciders and pear ciders, wild plants from pastures, hedgerows and forest environments.
