Artisanal Le Végétal Vinegar. The third time maturation is carried inside an acacia barrel.
Notes are herbal and floral. Here is the New range of Bouteville vinegars all following a triple maturation process. They follow the same principles as the Baume since they are made of white ugni grapes only but matured in different barrels. Each one is elegant and offers a great aromatic journey with a fantasic balance between acidity and fineness.
