His life is punctuated by harvesting, fermenting and, whenever possible, traveling to meet the large community of coffee enthusiasts. Inspired by Panama, his coffees are at the cutting edge of Ecuadorian production, full of purity and finesse. Pepe was voted Most Outstanding Producer 2024 by trade magazine SPRUDGE.

Third generation coffee roaster, Christophe Servell has been travelling around producing countries for years in search of the best coffees in the world.
