With its great length, this complex pommée is self-sufficient and can be served straight from the bottle, directly on vegetables, meat or charcuterieIt is of course astonishing on smoked braised dishes, such as mackerel or barbecued andouillettesIt also goes well with cheese.

Le Paulmier is an artisanal vinegar maker nestled between the Camembert and Livarot valleys, in the heart of Normandy.
