Pommée des bois by Le Paulmier is a seasonal pommée, made by macerating chestnuts, acorns and roasted hazelnuts. Tannic, with roasted notes, it's the perfect accompaniment to vegetables like butternuts, as well as mushrooms, game and other culinary delights.

Le Paulmier is an artisanal vinegar maker nestled between the Camembert and Livarot valleys, in the heart of Normandy.
