Linden vinegar. Unquestionably the most floral vinegar in the Le Bon Vinaigre range. Le Romantique à la Fleur de Tilleul is a white wine vinegar made from Chardonnay grapes, revealing soft, delicate aromas. Freshly cut linden blossom unfurls all its fresh floral notes. Aging in oak barrels gives it just the right amount of woodiness, blending perfectly with the sweetness of lime blossom.
