Estoublon x Carla Bruni unveil L’Excessive, an 0.0% alcohol sparkling that combines the pleasure of fine bubbles with a new vision of conviviality: celebrating without limits.
Underneath a golden hue reveals a delicate nose of bewitching aromas of honey, lychee and rosewater. On the palate, the experience continues with elegant notes of jasmine, mimosa and acacia, enhanced by subtle floral touches of elderberry. A fine balance of freshness and floral notes.
After a 3-hour skin maceration in the press, the grapes are gently pressed and settled at a low temperature. It is then carefully stored in a cold environment to prevent alcoholic fermentation and preserve the clarity of the aromas.
