Dominican Republic Chocolate Bar by Encuentro. Öko-Caribe is a gem amongst cocoa supplier, nestled in the rich Duarte province of Dominican Republic.The beans were lightly torrefied so the fruity and pit flavors could be enhanced. Nice touch of bitterness in a smooth texture.
