Happy Green Iced Tea by Dammann Frères. Amazingly fresh, Happy Green is a unique blend of green tea and lemongrass, providing a bouquet of flavors that combines the fruity notes of green apple and kiwi with the vegetal notes of cucumber. Preparation : Infuse your sachet in 1 liter of hot water, 90°C, for 4 minutes. Let the infusion cool and pour over ice into a jug. Keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours after the infusion.
