Joli Coeur Tea by Dammann Fréres. With a fresh and fruity nose, this "pretty tea" ("joli" meaning pretty in French) is prepared on a base of Sencha green tea from China. Its infusion develops a refreshing and round liquor in which fruity notes of apricot and bergamot are combined with vanilla delivering a pleasant cup with a wonderful gourmet sweetness. Tea pairing : With a travel cake at tea-time or "to sip" with a piece of milk chocolate.
